We at Chalybeate Baptist gather together on Sunday at 11:00am to begin our week with our created purpose: worship.
Because God begins with work, we begin our week with rest. We rest in what Christ has done. We rest in the fact that he has made us his own (Phil. 3:12). We are imperfect people who worship a perfect God. We hope you’ll join us.

Our Sunday morning worship service is the central hub of our church’s life and ministry. Our worship focuses on God who made us, so we do everything in light of his Word. Our worship service is fairly traditional and simple to help us focus on that Word. We hear the Lord through singing, prayer, and hear his Word proclaimed.
There’s a few things you should expect when you visit CBC. First, you should expect a warm welcome from people that are glad to see you. Second, you should expect to be lifted towards Jesus. We don’t so much want to show you us as show you him.
Parking: We have several parking spots near the church, including around back along our Family Life Center (metal building in the back). Park wherever is convenient for you!
Entrance: Our church has two main doors, one on the north side and one on the east side. Our east door (the door not facing the school) has wheelchair access.
Seating When you come into the sanctuary, please sit wherever you like! We are glad you’re here.
Yes! We have a nursery for our Sunday worship service for children birth through preschool (age 4). You can access this nursery by going down the stairs in the center-back of the sanctuary.
Our people dress in a variety of ways, jeans to sport jackets. We want you to dress how you’re comfortable, honest. We want to set your heart towards Jesus, not for you to worry about what you’re wearing.
We would love to host you for Sunday School! We meet for Bible study at 10:00am in the Family Life Building behind the main building. All of our classes meet there.
